Title: Investment Analyst

Location: Seoul, Korea

Job Descriptions:

• Support financial analysis on various greenfield projects through financial modeling and comparable assessment for internal and external use
• Support commercial negotiations, managing/liaison due diligence process, documenting key contracts, and structuring works in connection with the acquisition or divestment activities
• Involve in preparation of management reports and feedback to ad-hoc requests from investors
• Involve in the day-to-day management of solar and offshore projects which are in need to communicate with transaction counterparties
• Work closely with members in an accounting team to support corporate finance matters
• Communicate with domestic/global financiers, legal, financial and tax advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years investment banking, financial advisory or equivalent experience
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
• Strong team-oriented attitudes, robust integrity, and analytical mindsets
• Fluency in Korean and English
