Seung-Ho Choe, Representative Director

Seung-Ho is Representative Director of Pacifico Energy Korea. He has overall end-to-end responsibility for Pacifico Energy Korea’s business, expanding its presence and visibility, overseeing the successful development of a 3.2 GW offshore wind project cluster in Jindo County, South Jeolla Province, and developing new renewable sectors such as energy storage systems and green hydrogen, as well as building the company’s strong partnerships with the local supply chain. 

He has over 30 years of experience in renewable energy project development, infrastructure development, investment and private equity, debt and equity financing, and M&A transactions in various sectors, including offshore wind, power, and energy. Prior to joining Pacifico Energy Korea, Seung-Ho was Country Manager for Ørsted Korea. In addition, he was a partner in several international law firms in the U.S. and in Korea, advising some of the largest corporations in the Asia-Pacific region and abroad.

He graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in International Marketing and holds a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
