Recognizing the island residents and fishermen \u2013 many of whom are elderly \u2013 as key stakeholders in the Myeong Ryang Offshore Wind Project, PEK conducted the sessions onsite in village halls and seaweed harvesting areas on each island to ensure accessibility.
